When you go to Pearl Harbor, the most popular attractions to see there are the Arizona Memorial Monument and the USS Missouri Battleship. This private Pearl Harbor tour offers a wonderful, hassle-free Pearl Harbor experience. We will pick you up privately from your hotel in Waikiki, the Honolulu Port, or the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and take you to the Pearl Harbor National Memorial for the USS Arizona Memorial and the battleship USS Missouri. The tickets are included for both, so you won’t have to worry about getting them on your own or waiting in line. Instead of a group tour where you would be picked up along with other people on a bus, our private tour is only for your party. We will take you to Pearl Harbor in a nicely appointed minivan. The driver will take you into the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, give you a professional orientation, and present the tickets directly to you. From there, you will have a chance to see the two Pearl Harbor Museums, “Road to War” and “Attack.” Both of these will provide you with context regarding the reasons, planning, and aftermath of the attack on Pearl Harbor. There are also a number of outdoor exhibits for you to look through, such as the USS Arizona’s Anchor, the sculpture “The Lone Sailor,” which is dedicated to everyone in the sea services, past, present, and future, and the Waterfront Submarine Memorial which is dedicated to all US submarines lost in WWII. The ticket for the USS Missouri is included in this package. The USS Missouri is a battleship that fought in WWII and is the location of the Japanese surrender at the end of the war. An audio set and a guided deck tour are included with the admission. Before going to the Missouri Battleship, take some time to visit the USS Oklahoma Memorial next to the entrance to the USS Missouri. After Pearl Harbor, we will take you on a short drive-through tour of historic Downtown Honolulu. This drive-through tour includes the famous landmarks in Honolulu’s capital. This tour features historic landmarks such as the Golden Statue of King Kamehameha, Hawaii’s unifier and first King, Iolani Palace, the only royal palace on US Soil, and Punchbowl Cemetery, known as the Arlington of the Pacific. After the tour, we will return you back to your Waikiki hotel.
