In the State of Hawaii, a USS Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri battleship tour is the one Hawaii tour that everyone should go on. Even if you are not staying on the Island of Oahu, you should not pass up on the opportunity to go to the number one most visited attraction in the State of Hawaii. For those who are staying on the Island of Maui and want to go to the Pearl Harbor National Memorial to see the Arizona Memorial Monument, we have just the solution for you. Our Island-Hopping tour from Maui includes all that you will need to spend your day on Oahu and visit Hawaii’s most important historical site, the Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. The round-trip airline tickets are included for you to fly over to the Island of Oahu, where we will pick you up for your tour. We will pick you up at the Honolulu International Airport in a nice fully insured and air conditioned vehicle as part of a small group. Our friendly driver/tour guide will take you to Pearl Harbor. The pre-arranged tickets are included for both, so you won’t have to worry about getting them on your own or hassle with standing in line for them. Take the chance to see the two Pearl Harbor Museums, “Road to War” and “Attack.” Both of these will provide you with historical background regarding the reasons, planning, and aftermath of the December 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor. There are various outdoor exhibits for you to explore, such as the USS Arizona’s anchor, which was salvaged from Pearl Harbor after the attack. The sculpture “The Lone Sailor” is dedicated to everyone in the sea services, past, present, and future. The Waterfront Submarine Memorial is dedicated to all US submarines and their crew who were lost in WWII. The tickets for the USS Missouri are included in this package. The USS Missouri is a famous battleship that fought in WWII, Korea, and the Gulf War. She was the location of the Japanese Surrender at the end of the war. An audio set is included with the admission. Alternatively, you can choose to see the the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum instead of the USS Missouri. The Museum houses a large variety of aircraft from WWII to the Gulf War, including some truly unique aircraft such as the place President George HW Bush flew as a trainee pilot. Then, we will take you on a short drive-through tour of historic Downtown Honolulu. This drive-through tour includes the famous landmarks in Honolulu’s capital. This tour features historic landmarks such as the Golden Statue of King Kamehameha, Hawaii’s unifier and first King, Iolani Palace, the only royal palace on US Soil, and Punchbowl Cemetery, known as the Arlington of the Pacific.
