We enjoyed our day with Roland! We spent the day at Pearl Harbor with the tickets included in our package. We then toured the City. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our Pearl Harbor Tour and nice driver Tom. He was prompt and courteous. My only complaint would be he quickly dropped us off after the tour at the wrong hotel. We were disoriented and expressed concern that this was not our hotel. (Hotel line had two locations). He said yes it is and quickly left us. We thought maybe it was a different drop off area but soon discovered this was the wrong hotel. Our gps guided us back to our hotel, but we had to do a 15 minute walk in the heat and already was tired and hungry. Other than that, we enjoyed the convenience of not having to preorder our ticket for the tour and to have a shuttle.

Overall, this tour was good. There was some miscommunication as to the ending of the tour. It states 1 hour at Waikiki (ticket included) and when the tour was purchased I inquired about being taken back to the airport afterwards and was told no problem. Driver knew nothing of this and said it was either Waikiki or the airport. Otherwise, our tour guide was good and would do this again.
