Privacy Policy1- We only use any information that you provide in order to provide service to you. 2- We do not sell any customer information to third parties. 3- Your payment information is processed through a secure online payment system. 4- We will not have access to your specific payment information. 5- Any personal information that you provide is collected by a trusted and secure reservation system. 6- Any personal information collected in the system is to facilitate the booking and execution of your tour. For example, full name and birth date are required for airline tickets if you purchase a product with airline tickets included. 7- Any contact information that you provide will only be used to contact you regarding your tour service. 8- We may ask if you would like to participate in reviews of our service.
Our cancellation policy1- Any of our services may be canceled within 24 hours of the service date for a full refund. 2- This applies to all of our products except tours that require airline tickets. 3- All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. 4- Please be advised upon we grant your refund; you will receive a confirmation letter about your credit from us. It will be issued after reviewing your refund request. 5- Please allow 7-10 days to see your refund on your account. 6- You can receive your refund back to the same card you purchased with or in the form of a refund, and you can hold your credit for up to 2 years after your tour date and use it without penalty. 7- If you wish to change your tour date ( the date for tours including airline tickets cannot be changed ), please email us at least 48 hours before the tour date. We will be happy to help.
General Policy for our Tours1- All sales are subject to Hawaii State General Excise Tax and processing fees. 2- Availability is not guaranteed. 3- Rates, inclusions, and operating times are subject to change without notice. 4- We shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident to persons or property of any individual using our services for any cause beyond our control. 5- We will not be responsible for and will not extend financial reimbursement for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, sudden mechanical issues, car accident, or problems concerning any third-party tour operators. 6- The duration of transfers is approximate; traffic can greatly increase time on the road.
Gift Policy1-We may offer some free gifts with some of our services. 2-We make no guarantees or assurances with regard to the color, quality, or size of our free gifts. Also, it is your responsibility to remind your driver/guide to give the gift ( a gift will be mentioned in your confirmation ) to you before your drop-off. If you forget, we will not be able to mail it to you.
