5) Pickup location. Please choose either Waikiki, Honolulu Port, or Honolulu Airport
a. For Waikiki, please provide the name of your hotel in Waikiki.
b. For the Airport, please provide your airline, flight number, and ETA.
c. For pickup at the port, please provide the name of your ship and the disembarkation time.
